Terms of service

These terms govern the use of Aarons Zatorski services — the aaronszatorski.com website, the free-preview form, and any project we deliver from our studio. By using the service you accept these terms.

Aarons Zatorski is a US digital studio based in California, serving clients in the US, Poland, and other countries.

Submitting the form creates no financial obligation. We send you a complete preview website within 48 business hours. If you love it, we move to a contract. If you don't, you delete the link and nobody owes anybody anything.

The preview is our work until you start paying for it. You may not download code, screenshots or copy and use them elsewhere without our written consent. Once you pay the first invoice, the code is yours.

Base prices are in USD and visible on the pricing page. International clients are billed in their local currency (PLN/EUR/GBP) at the day's exchange rate, shown before checkout.

We issue a US tax-compliant invoice or receipt. Polish clients who need a Polish-NIP invoice can request one — we issue it through our Polish accounting partner on request.

First invoice is paid before production starts. Hosting is invoiced together with the first invoice (12 months upfront). After year one you renew or you don't — no auto-renewals.

Payment due: 7 days from invoice date. Past due, we pause new work; past 30 days we charge interest at the US prime rate + 4%.

Every plan has a clearly-described scope on the pricing page. Anything beyond it is quoted separately before we start. No "surprises" on the invoice.

One big review before launch. Any further round beyond the original scope is billed separately (typically $150 net / hour).

Once the project is paid in full: source code, copy written for you, illustrations generated for your project — yours. You get the git repo and full rights.

Exception: the base templates we use to generate the first preview remain our property. We don't resell them to competitors.

We host on our own Hetzner bare-metal (Helsinki + Falkenstein, Germany/Finland). Uptime target: 99.95% monthly.

If we drop below 99.5% in any given month, we refund a pro-rata share of the hosting portion for that month. We are not liable for outages on your side (DNS at a third-party registrar, third-party integrations).

You may terminate at any time with 30 days' notice. You retain full access to the code and content, plus a database export.

We may terminate the relationship if: you fail to pay for 60+ days, you break the law (e.g. mass spam, illegal content), or you behave abusively to our team.

Our maximum liability under any contract is capped at the amount paid to us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or indirect damages.

Standard clause. In practice: if we break it, we fix it. If we can't fix it, we refund. Court is a last resort nobody wants.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes go to the courts of Los Angeles County. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
